What Is It?
Orzuv is an amalgamation of a cafe and a lifestyle store. Shop till you fall and at the same time enjoy some delicious Kashmiri cuisine. Orzuv, set in a picturesque bungalow, is Sabha Bhat’s dream turned into a reality. From the vibe to the ambiance to the food, everything will give you a true Kashmiri experience.
Amongst the Charcoal prep items, you can go for the Chicken Seekh Kebab and the vegetarians can devour the Paneer Mushroom Seekh. The kebabs here are served with lavasa (thin naan like bread), prepared by kandurs, and some special homemade chutneys.
What Else?
You can begin your meal with kahwa, a saffron flavoured tea, garnished with dry fruits. Our favorite dishes served here were the Rista (meatball in red gravy) and the Waaza Kokkur (chicken cooked in special Kashmiri spices). The Waz Phirni served here literally tastes like heaven.
