Is There Any Diet That One Must Follow To Prevent The Coronavirus?

While maintaining social distancing and following basic hygiene practices are the core things one must focus on, consuming a healthy well-balanced meal is extremely important too. According to The Association of UK Dieticians, no specific food can boost your immune system or protect you from getting the infection, but including a wide variety of healthy foods to help maintain a balanced diet is important.

While the hospitals and authorities are making sure that the patients are being treated well, it is important to note that those undergoing isolation are reeling from unnecessary social stigmatization. The government during such times must take maximum steps to ensure create awareness among citizens.

The novel coronavirus cases in the country are constantly on the spike, with the number standing at a fearful 148. The pandemic has infected 1,84,000 people globally and continues to do so as we speak.
