Recently, DAN Company, which is a Public Investment Fund Company and the Hilton signed an agreement. This agreement allowed them to operate three resorts in Al-Ahsa in Saudi Arabia. The first three resorts coming up in the region would be offering everything from luxury to adventure, for a well-rounded experience for the guests. Here’s all about it!

DAN Company And Hilton Sign Agreement

In a signing ceremony on March 3, Hilton, which is a global hospitality company and DAN Company, which is a Public Investment Fund Company, came to an agreement. This allowed Hilton to operate three resorts in Al-Ahsa, which included an agri-resort, eco-resort & adventure resort. In case you are wondering, the first three resorts are – Al-Ahsa Agritourism Resort, LXR Hotels & Resorts; Al-Ahsa Eco Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton; and Al-Ahsa Adventure Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton.

Hilton To Operate First 3 Resorts In Al-Ahsa

It’s worth mentioning that these resorts will be the first properties in the region, which is a significant agricultural region in Saudi Arabia‘s eastern prominence. Also a UNESCO World Heritage site, it is home to the Al-Ahsa Oasis, which is the largest date palm oasis in the world. Surrounded by lush beauty and homegrown farms, the master development plan spread over 1.8 million square meters aims to create a farm-based tourism destination. Perfect for people who wish to enjoy luxuries in the lap of nature and are open to a diverse range of experiences, these properties will offer something for everyone.

These Resorts Will Be Well-Connected By Road

As evident from the name, each of these resorts will offer a unique experience for the visitors. Offering a slew of exquisitely-curated experiences, one can bask in the luxury at the LXR Hotels & Resorts Agritourism Resort; indulge in adventure experiences at the Curio Collection by Hilton Adventure Resort; or even relax and take care of their well-being at the Curio Collection by Hilton Eco Resort.

In fact, there are reports of there also being a central activation area that would be available to guests. Yes, this means that there will be a garden, a theatre, farmer’s market, multipurpose spaces for local agricultural vendors, and of course dining & retail options.

So, once the resorts open, it will be easily accessible via main roads with Riyadh, Dammam, Khobar, Jubail, Bahrain, and Qatar.
