Winter has arrived! Well not only around the world but also in the UAE this time. Shocked? So are we! Winters in the UAE, have arrived, and how. Temperatures in parts of Al Ain sank to a freezing -5 on Monday morning. Yes, you read that right. The UAE did get to see a temperature in minus. Residents had to scrape ice from cars and icicles were also formed around trees and plants and we must say the icy result is stunning.

This ultimate weather was in Raknah, close to a wadi in Abu Dhabi. Dozens of residents also gathered to experience the weather, and some even lit a fire, because of the freezing conditions. Ain’t that just wow? Here are some pictures to treat your eyes.
