The Indian Embassy in Ukraine has issued an a travel advisory warning for all Indian nationals. The advisory is based on their movement within Ukraine. This came after there were several blasts reported in the centre of Kyiv. Two days after there was an attack on the key bridges that link Crimea, there were many explosions in Ukraine. The Embassy has asked the nationals to avoid any non-essential travel.
India Issues Travel Advisory
The Indian Embassy has advised the Indian nationals in Ukraine to keep in touch with the authorities and inform them about their status. This will help the embassy to reach out to the nationals whenever required. The advisory read that in view of the increasing violence, the nationals should avoid any not-so-necessary travel to and within Ukraine. They have also asked the nationals to follow all the safety and security measures as guided by the local authorities and the Ukrainian government. The explosions that were reported, took place in Odesa, Dnipro and Lviv.

Russia Ukraine War
The conflict between Ukraine and Russia intensified after Moscow began missile strikes in many Ukrainian cities. The attacks are named to be retaliatory. They have been done in response to the attack that happened on the bridge that links Russia and Crimea. Russian President Vladimir Putin blamed the attack on Ukraine’s secret services. Around 11 people have lost their lives because of these blasts. Some cities in Ukraine have also lost electricity because of it. The attacks took place in the key cities of Ukraine and are said to be the most intense ones in the last few weeks. Kyiv informed that on Monday, Russia launched 75 missiles at Ukraine.All these situations is why Indian Embassy issued travel advisory.
