Gippy Grewal & Sargun Mehta Join Us For Sunday Brunch Play
Kamiya Jani hosted Punjabi superstars Gippy Grewal and Sargun Mehta at Curly Tales’ home for Sunday Brunch Play. Hospitality came with a tinge of fun. Celebrities had to earn their meal by playing a series of games that involved completing home tasks. From drying clothes and folding laundry to brewing chai, Gippy and Sargun had to prove they could turn from guests into household members.
Apart from playing for Brunch, the duo sat down with Kamiya and spoke about the reality of living in Mumbai apartments vs Punjab homes. Sargun shared her journey from nesting in a 1BHK in Mumbai to living her dream life. There was ample fun, laughter and inescapable household tasks. The cherry on the cake was an authentic Gujarati meal cooked and served lovingly by home chef Bansari, who runs Maa Nu Ghar, a supper club.

First Household Chores, Then Homemade Gujarati Feast
On cute steel thalis with small katories, Sargun and Gippi savoured aam panna, khandvi, mini dabeli, fafda, sev tamatar, soorti dal, Gujarati kadhi, aamras, khichu and much more. For Gippy, it was his first foray into Gujarati cuisine, and he savoured every bite like it was a new exploration, understanding the nuances of the cuisine from Kamiya and Sargun.
You wouldn’t want to miss out on the hilarious antics of Sargun and Gippy making the bed, washing clothes and later being rewarded with a Gujju feast.
