Jacqueline Fernandez Reveals Her Oral Hygiene Routine

While doing yoga with Kamiya, Jacqueline Fernandez revealed that, along with her yoga sessions, she also pays attention to her oral hygiene. Our Editor-in-Chief then asked the actress if she follows any particular routine, to which Jacqueline responded positively. She said, “The first thing I do in the morning is focus on my oral hygiene, and it has a few steps to it. It’s not just about brushing teeth.”

Taking us through her oral hygiene routine, the actress shared that apart from brushing, she also does oil pulling. It consists of coconut oil, cloves, and different herbs. In short, it’s an oil mixture that plays a great role in detoxifying the mouth. She does this every day for about five minutes. She also added that oil pulling not only helps maintain oral health but also her gut and stomach well-being.

Why She Feels Weight Training Is Important

Kamiya and Jacqueline began their yoga session with Surya Namaskar, and after that, Jacqueline suggested adding weights to their asanas. As a reaction to this, Kamiya asked whether incorporating weights into a yoga practice was common.

The actress explained that she is consciously focusing on weight training this year as she turned 40. She also added that weights have anti-ageing benefits and are essential for maintaining strength as one gets older. She also mentioned that some might find it unusual, but she also believes that it’s an important practice everyone should consider.
