Sara Tendulkar Reveals Her Step-By-Step Routine For Glowing Skin
There’s no denying that Sara Tendulkar has beautiful, healthy, and glowing skin, and we were curious to hear her skincare secrets. That’s exactly what Kamiya did. While doing some single leg workouts, Kamiya asked Sara about her skincare routine, to which she replied, “I like to keep it minimal. In the morning, I use a cleanser, sometimes a serum, moisturiser, sunscreen, and lip balm.”
As for her night skincare, Sara said, “I try to incorporate some actives like an acid or retinol to keep resurfacing, so my skin doesn’t break out”. She also mentioned that with her hormones settling down with age, her skin is behaving itself. Also, the cricketer’s daughter performs daily exercises, which also play an important role in her glowing skin.
Special Smoothie Recipe To Not Miss Out On
After their workout, Kamiya and Sara headed to enjoy a healthy smoothie and decided to prepare a fruity one. The pliates expert made it by blending strawberries, blueberries, a banana, vanilla protein powder, almond milk, Greek yoghurt, and ice cubes. This smoothie is packed with benefits—with the protein powder providing 22 grams of protein, while the fruits add a good dose of antioxidants.
Sara then whipped up her favourite smoothie using frozen bananas, matcha, vanilla protein powder, almond butter, and almond milk, making it both nutritious and delicious. Further, she also revealed she loves to eat cheese dosa on her cheat day. She also spoke about her favourite workout playlist and motivational advice she got from her dad, Sachin Tendulkar.
