After last year’s debut turned Loud Park into a two-day sea of 65,000 fans, the festival is doubling down on India this December and here’s all you need to know about it.
Rolling Loud India 2026 Returns To Navi Mumbai This December
Honestly, the timing, December 12-13, 2026, could not be better. December already has a reputation for weddings, year-end plans and people suddenly deciding they need a new wardrobe. Now add two days of hip-hop chaos to the calendar.
The festival will once again be produced in partnership with District and presented by Budweiser 0.0, SHEIN and HSBC India. The venue remains Loud Park, Navi Mumbai, although the full 2026 lineup is still under wraps.
The First Edition Set A Rather Serious Precedent
Rolling Loud did not exactly sneak into India in 2025.
Its debut, held on November 22 and 23, 2025, brought international heavyweights Central Cee, Wiz Khalifa and Don Toliver to the stage, alongside a formidable Indian and South Asian contingent featuring Karan Aujla, DIVINE, NAV, Gurdinder Gill, Wild Wild Women, AR Paisley, Sambata and Yung Raja.
There was also a particularly significant first: Karan Aujla became the first Indian artist to headline Rolling Loud.
That 65,000-strong turnout appears to have answered the festival’s biggest question rather decisively: yes, India wanted this.
So What Can We Expect In 2026?
The lineup everyone actually wants to know about is still a mystery.
Rolling Loud says the second edition will pair marquee international artists with leading homegrown talent, suggesting another cross-border collision of sounds. The lineup announcement is yet to come, so for now, any celebrity-name bingo you see floating around online is best treated as exactly that: bingo.
What has been confirmed is that the festival plans to bring back its wider on-ground experience, meaning this will not simply be two days of artists appearing on a stage while everyone else stands around holding a phone above their head.
Matt Zingler, CEO and Founder of Rolling Loud, said the response to the first Indian edition was a major reason for returning, while District CEO Rahul Ganjoo described the reaction as unlike anything they had previously seen for a festival of this scale in India.
Basically, India showed up and Rolling Loud took notes.
