Across Goa, Jaipur, Pune, and Hyderabad, a handful of new openings are leaning into culinary excellence, and their menu clearly shows it. Some are rooted in memory, some in craft, and some in sheer accessibility. But none of them feels ordinary. Here are 10 new restaurants coming across India that feel like every foodie’s midnight musing.

10 New Restaurants Across India In April 2026 For Foodies

New Restaurant In Goa

1. Vaarta

Vaarta doesn’t treat Indian street food as something casual to be cleaned up for fine dining. It treats it as something worth slowing down for. Inside a restored 160-year-old home in Sangolda, the experience begins not with a menu but with a puchka counter! It has fillings like Aloo Dum and Churmur, and flavoured waters that move from sharp jaljeera to cooling pudina.

The menu builds gradually, moving into dishes like Palak Patta Chaat and Jhal Muri before settling into deeper plates like Dalcha Gosht and Bharwaan Karela. Even desserts like Bhapa Doi or Shahi Tukda feel like they belong to memory. Cocktails follow the same instinct, with drinks like Masala Chai Martini and Aam Panna Sour translating everyday flavours into something more composed.

Where: House – 280, Livrament Vaddo Casa Livrament, Sangolda, Goa
When: 12 PM – 10 PM
Cost: ₹2,000 for two approx.

New Restaurants In Jaipur

2. Dupion Cocktail Room

Dupion doesn’t behave like a typical cocktail bar, and that’s exactly the point! Named after the textured silk Jaipur is known for, the space carries that same uneven and tactile quality into its design and menu. The cocktails aren’t flashy; they’re built with power and comfort. Cucu Sate leans fresh with cucumber and litchi, while Calm Theory softens things with lavender, chamomile and elderflower. The food keeps pace, with plates like Miso Chilli Butter Garlic Shrimps and Gochujang Chicken Wings bringing in global flavours without overwhelming the drinks.

Where: 1st Floor, Taffeta Coffee, Dupion Address, Jawahar Circle, Siddharth Nagar, Govind Vihar, Chainpura, Jaipur
When: 6:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Cost: ₹2,500 for two approx.

3. Café Nola

Café Nola feels like it was built around a habit rather than a trend; the habit of returning. You notice it in the bakery first in the fresh viennoiserie, done daily, not as an add-on but as a foundation. The menu moves easily between breakfast plates and fuller café meals, never feeling like it’s stretching too far.

Then there’s the coffee! Jaipur’s first cold foam-based program isn’t just a plot twist here; it’s carefully layered, textured, and balanced. Beans sourced from Araku Valley and Kerala keep the flavours grounded in Indian soil. The space feels warm, you could come here for breakfast and stay longer than planned.

Where: Jai Shree Nagar, Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg, Sector 5, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur
When: 9 AM – 11 PM
Cost: ₹1,200 for two approx.

4. Jacobs Brew House

Jacobs Brew House is busy, but not in a chaotic way. The design borrows from a “modern rustic garage” idea. The food leans global but stays approachable, with dishes like Neapolitan-style pizzas with soft, blistered crusts, handmade pastas, and smash burgers. What anchors everything is the coffee program. It’s precise, almost technical in how it approaches flavour and sourcing.

Where: Plot No. 7, Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg, opposite Clarks Amer Hotel, Nav Durga Colony, Jai Shree Nagar, Sector 5, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur
When: 8 AM – 11 P
Cost: ₹1,500 for two approx.

5. The 7

Not every place is trying to reinvent dining; The 7 is one of them. It spaces into familiarity and does it without apology. The menu covers ground most people recognise like Paneer Tikka, Chicken Tikka, club sandwiches, and soups that feel like bowls of comfort. The pricing keeps it accessible and the menu keeps it easy. It’s the kind of place that works because it doesn’t overthink itself.

Where: 4th Floor, 7 Park House, Near Ganpati Plaza, Jaipur
When: 8 AM – 11:30 PM
Cost: ₹1,000 for two approx.

6. July 7

July 7 doesn’t rush you, and that becomes clear the moment you sit down. The space shifts with the day; it is bright and open in the afternoon and softer and more intimate by evening. You’ll see playful ideas like Vada Pav Fondue or Quinoa Pani Puri, but they don’t feel gimmicky; they’re grounded in something comforting, which is not boring as well. Then come dishes like Massaman Lamb Curry, bringing depth and warmth.

Where: Shop 1, The Capitol, Vishal Nagar, Pimple Nilakh, Pune
When: 12 PM – 11:45 PM
Cost: ₹2,000 for two approx.

7. Izipizi Street

Izipizi Street pulls together street food cultures from across Southeast Asia but doesn’t reduce them to a single theme. Instead, it builds separate counters like Moto Moto Sushi, Izi Dimsum Station, and noodle bars, each with its own identity. The flavours stay close to their origins, thanks to ingredients sourced from the region. The drinks follow suit, with sake, soju, and Asian-style cocktails adding to the experience. It feels slightly overwhelming at first, but that’s part of the appeal.

Where: Ground Floor, D10 Central Avenue, Opposite Gaurishankar Kalyani Bungalow, Palace View Society, Kalyani Nagar, Pune
When: 12 PM – 11 PM
Cost: ₹1,500 for two approx.

8. Machindo’s Kitchen & Bar

Machindo’s doesn’t try to stand out, it rather builds familiarity and then nudges it slightly forward. You’ll see it in dishes like Ghee Roast Chicken Skewers which are comforting yet have a tadka. Their Teriyaki Chicken stays balanced rather than overly sweet. Even something like Arbi Fritters feels like a small twist on something known.

The cocktails carry that same idea. Blush & Brine brings kokum into the mix, while Johnny Ginger blends tropical notes with whiskey. It’s a place that understands its audience and still gives them something new to notice.

Where: Shop No 8/9, The Capital, Baner Pashan Link Road, near Regent Plaza Mall, Baner Gaon, Baner, Pune
When: 4 PM – 12:30 AM
Cost: ₹2,000 for two approx.

New Restaurants In Hyderabad

9. The Bun-Wigi

The Bun-Wigi doesn’t lock itself into one cuisine, but it doesn’t feel scattered either. Breakfast sets the tone with Turkish Eggs, Eggs Benedict, and plates that feel complete and satisfying. Then the menu expands with dim sums, noodles, pizzas, pastas like Gochujang or Walnut Cream, and mains like Lamb Bourguignon or Grilled Chicken with Lemon Caper Sauce. It’s wide, but there’s control. Salads like Burrata or Kale Avocado keep things fresh without being too predictable. It works as a café, but also as a proper sit-down meal spot.

Where: 8-2, 602/C, Road No. 10, Zahara Nagar, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
When: 12:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Cost: ₹1,800 for two approx.

10. Terrace Pond

Terrace Pond is built around how it looks, and it knows it. The rooftop space, centred around a water feature, draws you in before the menu does. Seating is spread out across the open area, making it easy and relaxed. The food doesn’t try to specialise; it keeps things broad, covering enough ground to suit different groups. It has a plethora of salads that don’t bore you; you can try their burrata and prawn varieties for a special taste. Pricing stays low, which makes repeat visits easier.

Where: 5th Floor, Rooftop Vennalagadda, Suchitra Road, above Ricch Hotels, Industrial Estate, Quthbullapur, Hyderabad
When: 2 PM – 11 PM
Cost: ₹900 for two approx.
