La Panthera’s new More Wine Please experience isn’t your typical formal wine tasting with stiff rules and confusing jargon. Here, all you have to do is forget all the rules and just enjoy the flavour. At La Panthera, it’s about enjoying yourself with flavour-packed food and perfectly paired wines.
Sommelier Cyrus Rodrigues and Chef Manuel Olveira have together created a perfect package that includes four wines, three modern European dishes, and one dessert. The package is priced at ₹3250++ per person. The sole purpose of this experience is to enjoy yourself. Also, the guests get to choose their wines from the list. Best part? Every time you get a wine, it will come with a dish that pairs perfectly together.

Let Your Palate Lead The Way
This exciting event will begin with guests getting to choose between Perlino Prosecco from Italy or Miss Valentine’s Rosé from France. Dishes like stracciatella with poached pear, beetroot carpaccio with crispy filo, Norwegian salmon tartare, or tenderloin carpaccio will be served with your chosen wine.
After you’re done with the first round, you can move to a mix of classics where you’ll get options like silky Pinot Noir, refreshing Chardonnay, bold Chianti, or a smooth Cabernet. They’ll be served with gambas al ajillo (garlic prawns), champagne linguine with clams, glazed vegetables, or a tenderloin steak.
For the final round, you can repeat your favourite wine. For dessert, you can enjoy you will be served La Panthera profiterole with warm chocolate sauce or an apple tart with vanilla ice cream.
