This is one of the easiest ways to consume sattu in summer. This sattu savoury sharbat keeps you hydrated and provides instant energy. Take a tall glass of chilled water and add 2 tbsp sattu. Mix well to avoid lumps. Then add a pinch of black salt, regular salt (as per taste), a pinch of jeera powder, and lemon juice. You can also add chopped onions. Mix everything well, add ice cubes, and garnish with coriander. Serve immediately. This drink, which is taking over social media, will instantly make you feel refreshed.

2. Sattu Parantha

Sattu paratha is a great way to include this summer superfood in your diet. In a bowl, mix 3-4 tbsp sattu with finely chopped onion, green chilli, coriander, lemon juice, salt, and a little mustard oil. Add a little water to make a soft stuffing. Now flatten a wheat flour dough ball into a small circle and place the stuffing in the centre. Bring the edges together and seal them properly so the stuffing stays inside. Roll it gently into a parantha. Cook in a hot pan with ghee until both sides turn golden. Serve hot with curd and neembu ka achaar or any pickle of your choice.
