Travelling on a train with a toddler by your side is not easy. You not only have to take care of the child but also their food, right? These days, many mothers prefer not to give outside food to small kids. This is why a mom was travelling with a packet of dry oats for her two-year-old kid. According to an Instagram post by @dakshnmom, she was on her way from Bihar to Bengaluru with Indian Railways and had planned everything in advance for the journey.
Along with her other belongings, she was also carrying a packet of dry oats and a small container for her child’s dinner during the two-night journey. The mother was carrying the food from home as she did not want to completely depend on outside food. So, in the evening, she simply took the packet of oats and went to the pantry. She kindly requested them to prepare it for her baby.

And what happened next surprised the mom! Indian Railways’ pantry staff took the oats packet and prepared it within just five minutes without any questions. @dakshnmom wrote, “What touched me even more was not just the food, but the genuine helpfulness and kindness of the staff. They were so cooperative and welcoming, and there was absolutely no hesitation in helping a mother travelling with her baby.”
