Kamiya Jani Picks Her Favourite Sunday Brunch Meal Of All Time
Sonali Bendre started with an easy question, asking Kamiya Jani how long it had been since she founded Curly Tales. But she quickly raised the stakes with a fun follow-up, “Kiske ghar ka khana sabse zyada achha laga?”
The question left Kamiya thinking. Over the years, she has spent countless Sundays visiting celebrity homes, trying new dishes and eating food they like to eat! To make it even tougher, Sonali clarified that Kamiya could pick from any Sunday Brunch episode, whether recent or from years ago.
After thinking for a few seconds, Kamiya replied, “I really enjoyed the food at Sunita Ahuja’s house. She made a really good Punjabi feast! We had sarso ka saag and even rajma chawal!”

But Kamiya Jani wasn’t done yet! Now that Pandora’s box had been opened, she went on to recall a few more memorable meals she had enjoyed at the homes of celebrities and politicians alike.
She fondly remembered the delicious food served at Nitin Gadkari’s and Raj Thackeray’s homes. More recently, she recalled the lavish feast prepared by Murali Sharma and Ashwini Kalsekar. The couple served 21 dishes featuring an unexpected yet delightful blend of Marathi and Andhra flavours, making it one of the most memorable Sunday Brunch episodes.
