Bollywood actor Alaya F recently took to Instagram to share a two-minute easy and healthy snack recipe that she has been enjoying for the last eight years. She also gave a quick tutorial on how to make it. And the best part? It only requires a few ingredients from your pantry!

Alaya F, known for her work in Jawaani Jaaneman, is a fitness enthusiast and also religiously follows a healthy diet. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a quick recipe for a two-minute snack that is not only healthy but also requires just a handful of ingredients.

She even stated, “What if I told you I’ve been making the easiest, healthiest two-minute snack for the last eight years, and it’s a recipe I swear by?” before sharing the detailed recipe.

Easy & Healthy Two-Minute Snack Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp haldi (turmeric)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 slice of bread toast
  • Fresh berries of your choice

Method:

  • Take a bowl and mix all these ingredients until smooth. (You can adjust the quantities as per your taste preference.)
  • Spread the mix on bread toast or a plain rice cracker. (You can also spread it on an apple slice.)
  • Garnish with fresh blueberries and raspberries, and you are done!

Your two-minute snack is ready. It’s easy, quick, and healthy. Perfect, right? Alaya F also added, “It’s one of my favourite snacks before a workout or whenever I need a quick energy boost or something a little sweet! It’s filling, anti-inflammatory, naturally energising, and tastes great too!” She also encouraged her followers to try it out. 

Fans React To The Snack Recipe

Her followers jumped straight to the comments section. One user wrote, “This looks like a really good snack even though it’s a bit high on the calories.” Another added that they would totally try this out as their next pre-workout snack.

Some people were surprised to see turmeric in the mix, since it’s not that common to spread raw turmeric on bread, even though it is known for its many health benefits. One user was quite impressed and commented, “Looks so tasty.” Honestly, it does look tempting.
