Ingredients:

  • 45 ml gin
  • 25 ml marigold cordial
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • Tonic water
  • Ice cubes
  • Marigold petals and dehydrated orange wheel for garnish

Method:

  1. Mix gin, cordial, and lime juice over ice in a wine glass.
  2. Top with tonic water.
  3. Garnish with marigold petals and orange wheel.

2. Rose Radiance

Ingredients:

  • Fresh rose petals
  • 45 ml Hayman’s Peach & Rose Cup Gin
  • 15 ml rose syrup
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • Tonic water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wheel and rose petals for garnish

Method:

  1. In a glass, gently muddle fresh rose petals to release their fragrance.
  2. Add the gin, rose syrup, and lime juice into the glass.

  • 45 ml Onegin Vodka
  • 15 ml saffron-infused simple syrup
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon twist and saffron threads for garnish

Method:

  1. In a shaker, add vodka, saffron syrup, lime juice, and a pinch of cardamom.
  2. Add ice cubes and shake well until the mixture is chilled.

Method:

  1. Take a glass and fill it with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in coriander-infused vodka and citric syrup.
  3. Fill the remaining space with cola and gently stir.
  4. Make basil and salt air by whisking basil extract, a little salt water, and a foaming agent.
  5. Add a light layer of basil and salt air on top.

  • Mint leaves
  • 45 ml Dewar’s White Label
  • 15 ml Mastiha
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 15 ml honey water
  • 60 ml fresh orange juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint sprig and brûléed orange wheel for garnish
  • Bamboo mug

Method:

  1. Clap the mint leaves between your hands to release their aroma.
  2. In a shaker, combine mint, whisky, Mastiha, lime juice, honey water, and fresh orange juice.
  3. Add ice cubes and shake well to chill the mixture.
  4. Strain the drink into your choice of glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and a brûléed orange wheel.

  • 45 ml Patrón El Alto Tequila

  • 40 ml Chivas Regal XV

  • 30 ml Idaaya
  • 30 ml Campari
  • 30 ml sweet vermouth
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange peel for garnish

Method:

  1. Stir Idaaya, Campari, and vermouth with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
  3. Garnish with orange peel.

  • 300 ml gin
  • 100 ml Lillet Blanc
  • 4 kaffir lime leaves

  • 30 ml Floral Pour
  • 15 ml gin
  • 15 ml Lillet Blanc
  • 17.5 ml sugar syrup
  • 15 ml lime acid solution
  • Ice cubes
  • Marigold flower for garnish
  • Nick & Nora glass

Method:

  1. Macerate gin, Lillet Blanc, lime leaves, jasmine, and lavender for 4 hours.
  2. Mix Floral Pour, gin, Lillet Blanc, sugar syrup, and lime acid with ice.
  3. Strain into a glass and garnish with a marigold flower.

14. Masala Magic

Ingredients:

  • 20 ml MONIN Chai Tea Concentrate
  • 10 ml MONIN Cherry Syrup
  • 120 ml water
  • Ice cubes
  • Cherry for garnish

Method:

  1. Start this cocktail recipe by shaking chai concentrate, cherry syrup, and water with ice.
  2. Pour into a Collins glass.
  3. Garnish with a cherry.

Ingredients:

  • 20 ml MONIN Spiced Jamun Syrup
  • 10 ml MONIN Glasco Lemon Syrup

  • 60 ml apple cider

  1. Take a glass and fill it generously with ice cubes.

  • Ice cubes
