The Indian Railway Board has granted approval for the extension of three train services in Madhya Pradesh, along with new stoppages for 10 trains across different routes. Three Gwalior-Kailaras MEMU Services Extended To Birpur
According to reports by The Indian Express, the concerned railway zones will issue separate notifications detailing the implementation dates for the extensions and new stoppages. Three Gwalior-Kailaras MEMU services, 64635/64636, 64637/64638 and 64639/64640, have been approved for extension up to Birpur. The first extended service, 64635 Gwalior-Birpur MEMU, will leave Gwalior at 5:45 AM and reach Birpur at 10 AM. Its return service, 64636, will depart Birpur at 10:30 AM and arrive in Gwalior at 3:20 PM.
The second service, 64637 Gwalior-Birpur MEMU, will depart Gwalior at 12 PM and reach Birpur at 4:15 PM. The return service, 64638, will leave Birpur at 4:45 PM and reach Gwalior at 9:10 PM. The third service, 64639 Gwalior-Birpur MEMU, will leave Gwalior at 3 PM and reach Birpur at 7:15 PM. Its return service, 64640, will depart Birpur at 7:45 PM and arrive in Gwalior at 12:05 AM. The extended sections will have commercial stoppages at all en-route stations. All three services will operate with eight-car MEMU rakes.

The Railway Board has also approved new stoppages for the following services, which are as follows:
- 20635/20636 Chennai Egmore-Kollam Ananthapuri Express – Pennadam
- 51301/51302 Daund-Kalaburagi Passenger – Washimbe
- 51303/51304 Daund-Kalaburagi Passenger – Washimbe
- 26401/26402 Jammu Tawi-Srinagar Vande Bharat Express – Anantnag
- 11047/11048 Dadar-Gorakhpur Express – Belthara Road
- 26301/26302 Jogbani-Danapur Vande Bharat Express – Parliputra
- 16281/16282 Mysuru-Ajmer Express – Tungabhadra Dam
- 13211/13212 Jogbani-Danapur Intercity Express – Laheria Sarai
- 94803/94804 Jaynagar-Patna Namo Bharat Rapid Rail – Laheria Sarai
- 12395/12396 Rajendra Nagar (T)-Ajmer Ziyarat Express – Dildarnagar
