1. Prepare a travel kit

If you travel frequently, make sure to prepare a travel kit. It should include a box of nuts, a water bottle and a small box of ghee. Don’t forget to carry this kit, as these simple essentials can help you stay hydrated and ensure you have something to eat when you feel hungry.

During the meetings, avoid having tea or coffee frequently. Instead of these, you can choose from other drink options like nimbu sherbet, coconut water or buttermilk. These drinks can help you stay hydrated and refreshed.

3. Eat cashews

When work keeps you busy with back-to-back meetings, keep some cashews with you for a quick snack. You can munch on them between meetings, at the start of the day or at the end of the day. Cashews are also considered helpful for managing stress, thanks to their amino acid properties.

4. Massage your feet with ghee

If due to constant travelling you aren’t able to sleep properly, all you have to do is take a little ghee and gently massage the soles of your feet with your palms. Do this for just 30–40 seconds.
