Journalist Shiv Aroor took to his X handle to ask an interesting question. In his post, he asked, “What’s the most irritating/annoying thing people do on flights?” And guess what? Many people had plenty to say. One user revealed that a fellow passenger purchased an unlimited internet plan and disturbed everyone by talking on a video call for five hours.
Another user said they find it extremely irritating when the person sitting next to them keeps asking questions like, “Where are you from?”, “Where are you travelling to?”, and “How many children do you have?” Another user also mentioned that it is very annoying when children keep crying during flights. Many also said they find it irritating when kids run around the cabin.

What Other Things Do Passengers Find Irritating On Flights?
Many other people also commented on the X post, sharing the most irritating things they have experienced on flights. One person recalled that a fellow passenger stole a gulab jamun from his meal when he wasn’t looking. By the time he noticed, the passenger had already eaten it, and he couldn’t say anything. Another passenger said they find it very annoying when people snore loudly, making it difficult for those nearby to sleep peacefully.
Other netizens pointed out several annoying flight habits. Some passengers remove their shoes, and their smelly socks make the cabin uncomfortable. Others find it irritating when people watch videos or listen to music without headphones. Many also mentioned that passengers suddenly recline their seats without thinking about the person sitting behind them.
