Ahmedabad Police Warns Against “Rent-A-Garba” Posts
Navratri will be celebrated in October this year, from October 11 to 19. As people get excited to celebrate and dance all night, several posts offering “rent-a-Garba-partner” services in Ahmedabad are going viral online. These posts feature different packages for people looking for companionship during the Garba nights.
The prices start from ₹1,000 and go up to ₹6,500. As these posts have gone viral, Ahmedabad Police has warned that they could be fraudulent and might have an ulterior motive. As per The Indian Express, Lavina Sinha, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Cybercrime Branch, has urged people to stay cautious.

What’s Included In These Packages?
In the viral posts, there are three packages for people to choose from. They are: Silver, Gold and Platinum. For example:
Silver Package
