3 Bullet Train Corridors Announced For Hyderabad
In a recent announcement, Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw shared that Hyderabad is soon going to become a high-speed rail hub. As per The Economic Times, the three proposed train corridors from Hyderabad will connect Pune, Chennai, and Bengaluru. This bullet train project is planned to boost development across the region and strengthen economic ties.
According to Ashwini Vaishnaw, these three proposed high-speed routes: Pune-Hyderabad, Hyderabad-Chennai, and Hyderabad-Bengaluru will make travel faster between the regions.

Railway Stations Across India Undergoing Major Upgrades
While speaking to reporters, the Union Railway Minister revealed that the Centre has already upgraded 261 railway stations across India. Moneycontrol reported that as for redevelopment in Telangana, the upgrade of Secunderabad Railway Station is continuing without disrupting train services. One of the key highlights is the air concourse being built at the station. This giant roof will connect all the platforms.
The government plans to complete the redevelopment of 400 stations by the end of this year. Next year, it aims to redevelop another 700 stations. The work at Begumpet Railway Station has already been completed and will soon be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
