Now, TasteAtlas has recently revealed a list of the ‘Worst Rated Foods In The World’. The Indian food item that is among the worst-rated dishes is Missi Roti. On the list of 100, this dish is ranked at the 55th position. Missi roti is a traditional Indian flatbread made with wheat flour and gram flour. It is mixed with salt, water, and simple Indian spices like cumin, chilli, turmeric, and coriander. The dough is rolled flat and cooked on a hot tawa until crisp.

Missi roti tastes best when it’s hot, with a little ghee or oil melting on top. Pair it with curd, chutney, pickle, sabzi, dal, or curry, and it’s pure comfort food. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, this roti is one of the most common dishes in the meal.
