While the Mumbai outlet follows a more neutral and minimal aesthetic, Ahmedabad’s Maison Twenty Seven by Bastian is all about bold vibes.
Think red, black, orange, and yellow tones, adding an energetic touch to the space. And honestly, can we take a moment to appreciate the artistic walls? The bold art, playful patterns, and textured walls instantly grab attention while still giving the restaurant a luxurious feel.
What surprised us the most? The spaciousness of the restaurant. Spread across 52,000 sq ft, the place can easily accommodate hundreds of guests. The main dining area itself feels huge. Moving inside, you can also spot the drink setup placed right inside the dining section. But the real star here has to be the lighting. From giant chandeliers to small warm lamps placed around the corners, every light adds a cosy touch to the place.
