Mumbai Plans For Seven-Star Floating Hotel
Mumbai’s proposed waterfront project at Cuffe Parade has made significant progress, as the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) has recommended it for Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) clearance. As per NDTV, the project, proposed by Rashmi Developments Private Limited, aims to transform a section of Mumbai’s waterfront into a high-end marina with luxury facilities and attractions.
