Nanasaheb Dharmadhikari Metro Station In Mumbai Enters Final Stage
The Nanasaheb Dharmadhikari Metro Station in Mira-Bhayandar is the highest metro station in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. And yes, commuters will not have to wait for too long. According to a Loksatta report, 96% of the work at the metro station is already completed, and it has entered the final stage. In the final stage, authorities will work on electrical conduits, track work and metro testing.
This highest metro station is being built on the Dahisar-Mira Bhayander Metro line. The first phase has already started. The metro service between Dahisar and Kashigaon is operational, while the second phase from Kashigaon to Subhash Chandra Bose Maidan is under progress.

How High Is The Upcoming Metro Station?
The Nanasaheb Dharmadhikari Metro Station is built 35 feet above the ground. MMRDA has built a bridge connecting the station to the main road. To make it easier for passengers to reach the station, two escalators and a lift will be available.
As per a Loksatta report, the authorities have also planned several modern facilities at the station. Safety remains an important part of the design. The authorities have included systems for firefighting, electricity and water supply. There are also two ticketing areas, a customer complaint centre, digital ticketing and four escalators.
