Priyanka Chopra Once Broke Her Karwa Chauth Fast With Nick, Above The Clouds On A Plane!

Karwa Chauth is one of the most important festivals for married Indian women. Traditionally, women observe a fast for their husband’s well-being and break it after spotting the moon from the terrace. However, the ritual was quite different for Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas. Priyanka recently recalled a special memory on The Great Indian Kapil Show. Here’s what happened.

Priyanka Chopra Shares Sweet Karwa Chauth Memory With Nick Jonas

Our ‘Desi girl‘ Priyanka Chopra and singer Nick Jonas have been serving major couple goals since their wedding. The two often share personal moments and never shy away from respecting each other’s cultures. Priyanka Chopra, who recently appeared on The Great Indian Kapil Show, shared a romantic anecdote from one of her Karwa Chauth celebrations. The actress, who observes the Karwa Chauth fast every year with devotion, spoke about Nick’s sweet gesture that left everyone smiling.

She revealed that once, Nick was performing at a show attended by nearly 60,000 to 70,000 people. That night, the moon refused to appear. Thick clouds covered the sky, and rain was about to begin. It was already around 10-11 pm, and they were still unable to spot the moon.

What Nick did next felt straight out of a romantic movie. Priyanka shared that he took her up in his plane, above the clouds, so she could finally see the moon and break her fast. She broke her fast mid-air. How sweet is that?

She Also Ate Sweets On The Plane 

Priyanka, smiling like a bubbly girl, admitted that the moment was extremely romantic. The Dostana actress added that she not only broke her fast above the clouds but also enjoyed sweets on the plane. She also shared that Karwa Chauth is one of Nick’s favourite festivals. He feels happy knowing that Priyanka keeps a fast for his health and well-being.

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are among the most loved celebrity couples in the world. They tied the knot in a fairytale wedding with both Christian and Hindu ceremonies at Jodhpur’s Umaid Bhawan Palace in December 2018. The couple welcomed their first child, Malti Marie, in January 2022.
