When we sit in a cab, all we expect is a simple ride to reach our destination. However, there are often videos online showing cab drivers surprising their passengers, and once again, an incident has caught everyone’s attention. An X user revealed that an Uber cab driver prepared a complete ride menu, and here’s what it includes!

X user Noor (@wottheberry) took to her handle to share her latest Uber cab experience. In the post, she mentioned that after a three-day tiring business trip, she landed at the airport late at night. Exhausted and low on her social battery, she booked a cab home from the airport. The driver, named Kabir, didn’t say much and simply handed her a “ride menu.”

What was mentioned in it surprised her. It included options like the silent ride (total quiet, no pressure to talk), the therapist ride (if you need to vent about your day, I’m listening), the tourist ride (I’ll tell you cool facts about the city), and the radio ride (we just listen to old jazz and coast along).

What Did The Passenger Choose From The Ride Menu?

As the passenger was completely emotionally drained, she chose the silent ride, and the driver gave her a polite nod. During the 45-minute ride, there was no conversation, just the sound of the AC. The quiet journey became a memorable experience for her. When she was dropped off at her destination, she gave him a generous tip and told him that the “menu” was a genius business idea and that he must be getting amazing reviews.

Responding to this, Kabir shared that he created the menu for his daughter, who has social anxiety. She had told him how difficult small talk with strangers can feel, and that inspired him to design this menu for his passengers. Through it, people can simply choose their comfort level and let their guard down.

This post went viral and left many netizens impressed.

One user added, “Hair stylists and massage therapists need to get on board with this. Heck, everyone should. Read the room! Not all of us want to talk (or listen) all the time.” Another X user also wrote the same, “hairstylists must do this.”
