To celebrate Navratri, Swiggy has announced the launch of specially curated high-protein vegetarian dishes on EatRight. This means you can hit your protein goals even during the festive season. There are a variety of delicious meals and dishes to choose from, and we can’t wait to tell you all about them!

Swiggy EatRight Offers Protein-Packed Navratri Meals

Featuring over 590,000 vegetarian dishes across 134,000 restaurants in 160 cities, Swiggy EatRight has all your favourite high-protein dishes you can eat during Navratri. This means there is no need to compromise on your protein intake, as these specially curated vegetarian dishes will take care of that.

The selection serves as a ‘Protein Powerhouse’ and offers dishes with 15g to 40g of protein per serving. Apart from that, Swiggy has also optimised the ‘protein to kcal’ ratio, ensuring that meals range between 15% to 40% protein density. These meals help you stay full without excessive calories. This Navratri, Swiggy EatRight is also offering 100,000 items from over 30,000 pure vegetarian restaurants for those who prefer strictly vegetarian kitchens. These include Millet Express, Great Indian Khichdi by EatFit, Greenit – Healthy & Vegan, and Veg Salad Company.
