Why User Rejected Refund?
In the comments, the user explained why he rejected the refund. He wrote, “They offered a refund, but my purpose was not the refund. I wanted them to acknowledge the issue, identify the loopholes, and take corrective measures. Acknowledging this would mean putting their business at risk, so they would never do that.”
The post has now gone viral across the internet, and many netizens have shared their reactions in the comments.
One user wrote, “It has happened to me once or twice. I got a refund. Maybe you are posting too many requests, that’s why they refused.”
Another user commented, “This happened to me as well. I ordered Amul chocolate, and it was half-consumed, but I got a refund for that. Many times, they don’t send the full order, and you have to call customer support to get the missing items delivered. Blinkit Jammu is the worst.”
A third comment read, “Great initiative. Take it to court. These companies don’t care about our health. This is very serious. Many times, I have also received rotten fruits and vegetables.”
