Viral Reels Turn IndiGo Chaos Into Comedy, Giving Everyone A Much-Needed Laughter Break

IndiGo

One of the most talked-about situations in India right now is the sudden wave of IndiGo flight delays and cancellations. With a shortage of crew, the airline is struggling, leaving passengers confused about what to do next or how to reach their destination. But trust our social media stars — they’ve turned the chaos into comedy, dropping reels about the IndiGo situation that will literally leave you in cracks.

From IndiGo Travel Stress To Viral Laughs

IndiGo’s situation in the last few days has left passengers totally stressed, but influencers have taken it upon themselves to make the nation laugh through the chaos. One viral reel is by Samay Raina, who once again ran into the “panoti guy,” Monal Kohli, on an IndiGo flight. The moment he saw him, Samay got a full flashback of how things always shut down wherever this guy goes. He even shared a screenshot of the airline cancelling flights in the reel.

In another reel, Dhruv Bish and Shubham Singh (@funyaasi) head to the airport to catch their flight, only for it to get delayed by two hours, then five. The video then jumps ten years into the future, and the flight still hasn’t taken off, only to get cancelled in the end.

Jagjyot Singh (@aapkajags) dropped a reel where he’s arguing with a girl pretending to be an IndiGo crew member. He says he urgently needs to go meet his father, who has piles, and even jokes that the airline should rename itself to “Never-Go.”

In the next reel, Dheeraj Dwivedi (@rjdheerajj), who’s also an RJ, pretends to be an Air India staffer booking flights. When a passenger asks for a Mumbai-to-Delhi ticket, he quotes a fare of ₹45,000. He then casually adds that other airlines are selling tickets for up to ₹3,00,000.

Videos Left Netizens In Cracks

These viral reels have been popping up on everyone’s feed, grabbing all the attention. People are joking that instead of taking an IndiGo flight, they’d rather walk to their destination — and still reach earlier. Others are confused about whether to buy expensive tickets on other airlines or just wait for IndiGo to finally take off.

On Monday, December 8, too, IndiGo kept cancelling and delaying the flights. According to India Today, the airlines have cancelled over 350 flights.

We hope IndiGo Airlines will soon get its operations back to normal!
