Flower Festival 2026 Begins In Connaught Place, Delhi

Delhi’s Chief Minister Rekha Gupta recently inaugurated the Flower Festival 2026 organised by the New Delhi Municipal Council at Central Park in Connaught Place, New Delhi. The entire park has bloomed vibrantly and, believe us, it looks so pretty. According to the CM’s post, the festival features splendid flower installations in tray garden, pyramid and cylinder shapes. CM Rekha Gupta also posted images from the Flower Festival on her official X account.
Not just that, the festival also features special selfie points so that you can click lots of pictures for your social feed. According to a report by The Statesman, CM Rekha Gupta appreciated the gardeners and the NDMC Horticulture Department for their efforts in making the flower festival a reality. More than 15,500 potted plants representing 48 varieties have been displayed across 18 themed sections. You can expect to see flowers like dahlias, petunias, pansies, salvias and marigolds at this flower show in Delhi.

Stalls Have Been Set Up Selling Plants, Seeds & More
According to The Statesman, the flower festival also features landscape gardens, large hanging baskets, terrariums and even floral figures shaped like animals and birds. What’s more? You can even indulge in some retail therapy at this festival. Stalls have been set up offering nursery plants, bonsai, cacti, herbal plants, hydroponic systems and more.
Not just that, you can also buy gardening tools, seeds, pots, fertilisers and decorative materials as well. If you ask us, this festival can’t be missed if you love keeping and caring for plants at home. The inauguration was also attended by NDMC Chairman Shri Keshav Chandra and Vice Chairman Shri Kuljeet Singh Chahal, along with other dignitaries.
