According To Upasana, This Is The Hardest Part Of Being A Wife

Upasana Kamineni, the enigmatic wife of South Indian superstar Ram Charan, recently invited our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani, for a wholesome Sunday brunch at her home in Hyderabad. She is not just a star wife but a true powerhouse who has led Apollo Hospital’s CSR Group as Vice Chairperson and even founded UR Life and Athamma’s Kitchen. Her inputs in the field of healthcare, wellness, and sustainable living are truly remarkable. On this episode, we not only got to try legendary dishes like Chiranjeevi Dosa and Ram Charan’s favourite Rasam Rice Omelette, but also got to know more about her personal life, her relationship with her husband, and a lot more. She also shared the roles and responsibilities of being a wife and how she manages them. Read on to know more about it.

Upasana Revealed What Sundays Look Like At Her House

When asked what Sundays look like at the house, she instantly replied, ‘Ram is always shooting on holidays, on birthdays, and on Sundays, so I have absolutely no idea what his schedule looks like.’ We were also curious to know what she thought was the most difficult thing for any wife, not just a star wife, to understand or handle. In her opinion, it’s time—whether it’s spending time, getting ready on time, going out on time, preparing meals on time, or anything.

She thinks that for any wife, it is one of the most crucial things – how you manage time for yourself and for your partner, and continuing on the same. She even revealed that one of the rituals that she and her husband, Ram Charan, still try to follow for their relationship is date night. However, they are currently lagging from their initially decided-upon ritual of one date night per week, and she cutely added that they need to get it back on track soon.

Family Reunions At Their House

Next in this episode, we asked Upasana what it looks like when the entire extended family is dining together at their home and what the point of conversation is. Do they discuss movies or something else? She laughed and said that when everyone is here, the place is crowded and every corner is filled with people. And they all talk about diets and who is currently following what diet.

Further in this episode, a lucky fan also got a chance to interact with Upasana on video chat. Watch the full episode on the Curly Tales YouTube channel to know how it went.
