She Shares Her Views On Therapy

While enjoying the homemade Punjabi meal, Kamiya and Shehnaaz got talking on more serious topics. Shehnaaz confessed to taking therapy to work on her anger issues. She believes everybody has a point in their lives when they feel the need to go for therapy. The actress says that while people may feel they don’t have any shortcomings, everybody does. And therapy helps one to deal with things in a better manner.

Shehnaaz joked that some moments during her therapy sessions, she felt the therapist’s words matched her mother’s. That’s when she hilariously wondered why she needed to pay for the advice, which she receives from her mother for free. She reflected that many a time, people don’t listen to their parents’ sound advice. But when they receive the same from a third party (a therapist in this case), they take things seriously.
