Want to spend winters in the breathtaking expanses of South India? You can count on this package by the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC). The package named Southern Sojourn will cover three prominent destinations of South India-Mysore, Ooty and Coonoor. It will be a four nights five days air-tour package and the cost will be ₹25,460. The dates of the journey will be from December 29, 2021 to January 2, 2022.

Explore Mysore, Ooty and Coonoor With IRCTC Air-Tour Package
The Southern Sojourn Package of IRCTC will allow tourists to explore the rich cultural diversity, architectural marvels and traditional heritage of South India. The package will include air travel costs, bus travel, hotels, meals, guides and insurance. The tour will take visitors through the stunning landscapes and ancient temples of South India. At the hotels in Ooty and Mysore, deluxe rooms will be provided.

The Journey Will Start From Kolkata Airport
The journey will start from Kolkata on December 29. Flight number 6E-6965 will depart from Kolkata airport at 7:30 AM and will reach Bangalore at 10 AM. On the day of return, flight 6E-975 will depart from Bangalore at 8:30 PM and will reach Kolkata at 10:30 PM. For travel from the airport, AC tempo traveller or similar vehicles will be provided. Earlier, IRCTC Had Launches ‘Jyotirlinga Darshan Train’ With A 10-Night Package At ₹10,395 Per Person. Several packages have been launched by IRCTC for spiritual tourism as well, like Ramayana Circuit trains, Buddist Circuit trains and Shirdi special tourist trains.
