IRCTC Launches Low-Cost 18-Day Ramayana Circuit Package Covering 13 Places

Travel enthusiasts, you can now go on an 18-day Bharat Gaurav Tourist train journey covering the Ramayan Circuit from June 21 under the Swadesh Darshan scheme. Traversing places associated with Lord Rama, pilgrims can visit the Ram Janaki temple in Nepal, Shri Ram Janmabhumi temple and Hanuman temple at Ayodhya and many more. Read on for more deets. The cost of the package will be ₹ 62370/person and it will cover places like Ayodhya, Bhadrachalam, Chitrakoot, Hampi, Janakpur, Kanchipuram, Nandigram, Nashik, Prayagraj, Rameshwaram, Shringaverpur, Sitamarhi and Varanasi.

Visit Places Across India Associated With Lord Rama

The 18-day Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train will first take you to Nepal’s Janakpur and then Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh. After these two destinations, you will get to visit Buxar in Bihar where you can pay respects to the divine at the hermitage of Maharishi Vishwamitra and the Ramrekha Ghat. Next, visit Sita’s birthplace, Sitamarhi. After which, tourists can visit the oldest living city in the world- Varanasi. Some of the places you’ll visit in Kashi include, ‘Sita Samahit Sthal’, Prayag., Shringverpur and Chitrakoot.
