How To Apply For The Scheme?

The launch of the scheme took place in March 2021, with at least 400 properties that were in good shape and required minimal revamping. To acquire a house in this historic town, potential buyers need to get in touch with the elaborate plan of the type of house they would choose and the way they will revamp it. For overseeing the project, the authority has also set up a special task force. The project buyers need to complete the redevelopment within three years.
