A popular food content creator from Turkiye, Buse Zeynep, with a whopping 4 million followers on Instagram had quite the fancy for India’s beloved Baingan Ka Bharta dish. A simple smoked brinjal dish with spices, mashed to perfection and devoured with rotis. And not just any recipe, she particularly decided to make it Jaggu Dada-style and how!

Buse Zeynep followed actor Jackie Shroff’s Baingan Ka Bharta recipe. First, she took a large brinjal. Then, using a knife she cut thin slits on it. In those slits, she stuffed garlic and green chillies. And then she chargrilled the brinjal over the glass until it had an invigorating smoky texture and smell.
Then, she removed the charry peel and smashed the brinjal with the stuffed green chillies and garlic. Next, she added salt, and pepper flakes and poured oil in it. She mixed the dish well. Finally, the Turkiye influencer enjoyed Jaggu Dada’s Baingan Ka Bharta with traditional Turkiye bread. Taking to her caption, she tagged Jackie Shroff and thanked him.
