The cherry on top is purchasing a brand-new duplex apartment in Bandra. Janhvi Kapoor purchased this luxurious apartment with her father and sister.

The fam purchased the first and second floors of the Kubelisque Building in Bandra West’s Pali Hill, Union Park Road from Kintu Bajaj. The bungalow comes with a carpet area of 6,421 sq ft, according to a report by MoneyControl. It also features a private open garden, swimming pool, and parking area for 5 cars. The garden and the pool are on the first floor. The apartment is on a built-up area of 8,669 sq ft.

According to a report in the Indian Express, Janhvi Kapoor deposited ₹3.90 crores. This amount was paid for the stamp duty and registration fees. This property registration deal took place recently in October 2022, as per the documents by Indextap.com, the real-estate portal. Back in 2002, this apartment got its occupation certificate.
This Is Janhvi’s Third Time Investing In Real Estate
It seems like Janhvi is quite interested in real estate as this duplex in Bandra’s posh area is already her third investment in the past 2 years. Back in 2020, she purchased a swanky triplex in Juhu. She bought that 3,456 sq ft apartment worth ₹39 crores 2 years back in December. Her property named Arya was in Juhu-Vile Parle Development Scheme and had 3 flats with each flat on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors. Janhvi sold the property to Rajkummar Rao in July 2022 for ₹44 crores.
