Baba Ramdev Eats Sattvik Meal Every Day
On this incredible episode, we had the opportunity to delve into the guru’s true lifestyle, mission in life, and daily habits. Baba Ramdev invited Kamiya Jani to relish a healthy sattvik meal. They began the nutritious feast with fresh fruits. They gorged on grapes, dragonfruit, and a salad made with cucumber, radish, and tomato.
Before indulging in the main course, they also ate sitaphal. Rich in calcium, this fruit is excellent for resolving acidity issues. The delicious Sattvik meal was served with servings of lauki, tori, aloo-gobi, and more deliciousness.
Usually, Baba Ramdev enjoys a similar meal plan every day. His plate gets served with lauki, tori, and a mixed vegetable preparation. Though he tried fried and oily food long back to make someone happy, he never craved samosa, chole bhature, golgappa, pakoda, and all these savoury dishes.
