Tiger Formation During Drone Show At Mysuru Dasara Celebration
At the Mysuru Dasara celebration at Torchlight Parade Ground in Bannimantap in Mysuru, Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation Limited (CESC) set a world record during the drone show. With 2,983 drones, they created a tiger in the sky on Sunday. According to The Hindu, prior to this event, the authorities had discussed and increased the number of drones to 3,000 from 1,500 the previous year. The event turned out to be memorable because of 2,983 drones that created a giant tiger formation in the sky. It was the largest drone artwork of the national animal. It has created a new Guinness World Record by surpassing the previous record made with 1,985 drones.
The new Guinness World Record was made on September 28. The show gathered a massive crowd, and everyone was awestruck by the drone show. Almost 3,000 drones flew together to form colourful and intricate designs that mesmerised the audience. The drones displayed images ranging from the solar system, a world map, a soldier, a peacock, a dolphin, an eagle, Lord Krishna dancing on a serpent, Mother Cauvery, and several other Karnataka-themed designs. These included the state map with Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and leader D.K. Shivakumar, the Ambari elephant, and goddess Chamundeshwari.

More About Mysuru Dasara Event
This event was inaugurated by the District In-charge Minister Dr H.C. Mahadevappa. Before the drone show, the crowd experienced a musical performance by renowned playback singer Kunal Ganjawala. He performed popular Kannada songs such as Neene Neene, Khushipala Eko Ninnindale, Onde Ondu Saari Kanmunde Baare, Ninna Kanda Khansind, Hudugi Gudugi Ninna Kandaga, and Kivi Matondu Ggile Naanindu. He also sang some popular Hindi hits.
With the new Guinness World Record, the event turned out to be a massive hit. It also showcased the creativity and technical expertise of the organisers.
