But what if you could literally walk on waves, instead of waiting for them? Well, at Kerala’s Beypore beach in Kozhikode you can certainly do this and more. Get Upclose With Crashing Waves At Kerala’s Floating Bridge

Kerala Tourism Department has now installed a 100-metre long and 3-metre wide, unique floating bridge in Beypore beach in Kozhikode. The long floating bridge made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) block promises a thrill-seeking experience for adventure junkies. Walk on the floating bridge nestled bang in the middle of the sea and get up close to the crashing waves. You can literally flow with the waves.

Wear Life Jackets & Walk On Floating Bridge At Beypore Beach

The new floating bridge at Beypore bridge can accommodate up to 500 people at a time. However, at present only 50 people donning life jackets are permitted to visit the bridge at a time. Interestingly, after you walk along the length of the floating bridge, a 15-metre wide platform at the end extends to the sea, you can click Insta-worthy pictures, feel the cool sea breeze and enjoy panoramic sunset views.
