In a viral video, shared by even business tycoon Harsh Goenka, a Kerala man is seen preparing fluffy appams in unique shapes like that of a pigeon, heart, flower, star, apple and even a butterfly. In a matter of a few seconds, he pours the batter into the concave pan using a spatula and then turns the pan so the batter spreads and forms a unique shape. This video will take your breath away to witness a humble Kerala dish being given an artistic spin.
