Here’s The Recipe For This Unique Chicken Korma Preparation
- 1 kg chicken
- 150g ginger garlic paste
- 3 spoons green chilli paste
- 2 spoons dried rose petals
- 2 spoons white pepper
- 1/2 spoon nutmeg
- 1 spoon cardamom powder
- 2 spoons caraway
- 1 spoon black pepper
- 2 spoons coriander powder
- Salt
- 150g curd
- 50g almond and coconut paste
- 200g brown onion
- 250g desi ghee
- 30g almond
- 5 drops attar
- 2 spoons kewra
Recipe:
- The first step to prepare Murgh Badami Korma is to marinate chicken pieces. Start by marinating chicken with green chilli paste, dried rose petals, white pepper, nutmeg, cardamom powder, caraway, black pepper, coriander powder, salt, curd, almond and coconut paste, brown fried onions, and ghee.
- Mix everything well and gently so that all chicken pieces get coated well.
- Let the marinated chicken rest for at least an hour.
- Pour chicken into a pan, add almond slices, and cook everything.
- After cooking for some time, sprinkle attar and kewra and serve hot.
