With the boom of travellers in Ladakh, air pollution caused by fossil fuels has significantly increased, which causes a lot of damage to the environment. Switching to the electric vehicle can help reduce pollution levels. The charging stations in Ladakh cater to two, three, and four-wheelers vehicles.

About 50 locations have been set up across 10 cities in India including Pune, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, and Kolkata. They have power bank charging stations to reduce their carbon footprint.
