LinkedIn Has A Dog Now! Viral Profile Shows Pets Are Building Professional Identities

Whether it’s job hunting or sharing professional knowledge, LinkedIn has always been a go-to platform. It’s where colleagues, managers, founders, and even billionaires talk about their careers and experiences. But recently, one profile grabbed attention for all the right reasons. And guess what? It wasn’t a human at all—it was a dog. Yes, a dog is now on LinkedIn.

Viral Dog Profile On LinkedIn

A LinkedIn account has gone viral for belonging to Drogo Mohanty, a Cocker Spaniel. His bio proudly reads, “Top dog at thePack.in,” and it instantly caught the attention of users across the platform. The unique profile stood out in a space usually filled with resumes and corporate updates.

Drogo’s LinkedIn profile was created by his owner, Shobhit Mohanty. Shobhit is the founder of thePack.in, a pet care education platform and community. He created the account as a fun and creative way to highlight his work while also celebrating his pet. The profile has gone all over the internet, and people couldn’t stop talking about it. People loved the playful idea and the owner’s creativity.

Shobhit Mohanty often shares pictures with Drogo on social media, along with witty and interactive captions. One post that caught attention read, “Do you think the boss is happy with my work? (Sabka boss, Drogo @thepack.in).” The post left many users smiling.

Netizens couldn’t help but react. One user joked, “I think Drogo is ready to point out massive issues and errors in your work!” Such comments only added to the fun and charm around Drogo’s growing online presence.

This isn’t the first time pets have made headlines at work. According to the Hindustan Times, earlier, a Hyderabad-based startup went viral after appointing a golden retriever named Denver as its Chief Happiness Officer (CHO). The company, Harvesting Robotics, introduced Denver through a LinkedIn post shared by co-founder Rahul Arepaka.
