With the aim of blending urban living with nature, Aldar has announced The Wilds. The residential development plans to foster a community, which promotes wellness, connection with the natural environment, and sustainability. As revealed in a report by the Arabian Business, this residential development will feature what is touted to be the largest and most diverse collection of wildlife, all within the residential community in Dubai. Complete with a Woodland Sanctuary that would feature native plants, wildlife, a pond, a dry stream habitat, and a lawn, it’s truly going to be a nature lover’s paradise.

In fact, there will also be bee-keeping zones, duck houses, and bird nests that will seamlessly be integrated into the landscape to enhance the biodiversity of the area while also be adding natural beauty to the space. Coming to the location, this eco-friendly family community will be located along Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road. It would be opposite Global Village and will offer 1700 homes. These houses will include five- and six-bedroom mansions, which will be designed by Lebanese architect Nabil Gholam. The houses will also include three- to five-bedroom villas along with one- to three-bedroom apartments so that it offers something for every budget and family.

What About The Amenities?

Talking about the amenities, this residential development will offer a wide range of amenities. And not just for families, the amenities will be offered for nature lovers and even fitness enthusiasts! Their signature community pavilion, which is The Nest will feature wildlife observation areas. There were also educational spaces that will be dedicated to environmental learning. Sports and wellness amenities will include basketball, tennis, and padel courts along with state-of-the-art fitness zones, walking & cycling trails, and an exercise deck. This residential community will launch on sale on February 25 at the Coca-Cola Arena.
