For the uninitiated, Bikanervala is an iconic and well-loved Indian sweet and snack restaurant chain. They are famous not only for their gulab jamuns and rasgullas but also for savoury delights like chole bhature, bhujiyas, pav bhaji, raj kachori, and more.
