Here’s a samosa with a ‘potli’ twist served in Bikanervala which is famous for all drool-worthy Indian snacks.

What Is It?

Popular for Indian sweets and snacks, Bikanervala in Lajpat Nagar of Delhi has introduced a unique concept of ‘Potli Samosas’ that are very delicious.

These samosas are like small packets or bags, wrapped up beautifully with a stuffing of potato and peas, and green chilly. They’re smaller in size as compared to the usual samosas and can be served as a snack or starter in any party.

The great Indian supper is always incomplete with a bite of these samosas and a cup of hot chai.

Potli samosas are enclosed with a string of dough that are then baked or fried. This creative delicacy can be matched up with coriander chutney to make the most of it.
