Lowe Dubai, a newcomer in the city’s restaurant scene is doing their bit to encourage sustainable living and how!
What’s It?
In an attempt to reduce waste and sustainable restaurant- Lowe is hosting a ‘Waste Not’ event on Tuesday, 3 September. At the event, guests will be treated to an exquisite fine-dine menu made out of leftovers, that would have actually been out in the bin.
The three course meal is priced at AED 99 and will include gourmet dishes designed by top-class chefs. Unlike a usual three course, guests can expect a slight variation in the menu- think cauliflower stem soup, served alongside crispy potato skin. To reaffirm their commitment to the sustainability cause, the zero-waste menu is printed on the back of their old menu.
