Lucknow-Kanpur Expressway To Cut Down Travel Time Between Two Cities To 45 Minutes

The Stretch Will Cut Travel Time To 45 Minutes

The construction will begin within 6 months and this will be the first expressway in Uttar Pradesh to be linked to Lucknow’s Ring Road. This will help easier vehicular movements and the 65km long stretch to be ready by 2024 will reduce travel time to almost 45 minutes. According to reports, this highway will be built at an approximate cost of ₹4,700 crores and reduce travel distance by half. You Can Soon Travel From Delhi To Dehradun In 2.5 Hours With This New Expressway.

The Expressway Will Run Parallel To NH-25

Also, according to reports, 31 villages in Unnao and 11 districts of Lucknow will be up for land acquisition to construct the brand new expressway. The all-new expressway will start near Shaheed Path and be linked to Kanpur via Banthra, Bani, Datouli, and Kantha.
